Hundreds And Hundreds Of Pentagon Employees Purchased Dirty Child Pictures And Haven't Been Penalized

You have got to watch the CNN report posted below.  CNN is reporting that the U.S. Department of Defense is acknowledging that its investigators failed to check thoroughly to see whether or not its employees were on a list of suspected purchasers of dirty child pictures.  In fact, it has now come out that there could be thousands of individuals still working for the Pentagon that have purchased these materials and that government investigators have been sitting on this information for years....



How sick is our country becoming?  The truth is that it is becoming more difficult than ever to maintain a Christian marriage and raise a Christian family in a society that is absolutely soaking with sin.

Sadly, we all probably underestimate the amount of sin that is going on out there today.  Moral depravity is absolutely rampant in our communities today, and it is getting worse every single year.

But the Scriptures warned us that this would happen in the last days.  In 2 Timothy chapter 3, it tells us the following....


This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come.  For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good, traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God; having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.

Doesn't that sound just like today?

Unfortunately, wickedness is only going to increase even more until Yahshua (Jesus) returns to this earth.

So buckle up because it is going to be a bumpy ride.

Help You Make It To Your Flight - A Parody Of The New Airport Security Procedures

Have you been through the new airport security procedures yet?  If so, what do you think about them?  Did anyone in your family have to be subjected to the new "enhanced pat-downs"?  The truth is that there are really good reasons why so many Americans are getting so angry about these new security procedures.  If you want to get on an airplane in the United States today, you either have to allow gawking security officials look at your completely exposed body using the new full body security scanners, or you have to let allow a security official to grope and feel up every inch of your body.  Yes, including "those" parts.  You may not object to this kind of search, but how would you feel about your wife or teenage daughter or young son being touched on the private areas by complete strangers? 

Fortunately, many people are now speaking out about this outrage.  Some Americans are even using comedy and humor to fight back.  For example, the video posted below is a great parody but it also makes some very serious points.  The video was produced by Buck Howdy and it is entitled "Help You Make It To Your Flight".  It is a takeoff on Kris Kristofferson's classic hit "Help Me Make It Through The Night".  Howdy's "revised lyrics" are so hilarious that more than two million people have watched it so far on YouTube.

It is good to see the American people standing up like this.  We should not have to be sexually groped before we get on an airplane.

Hundreds Ride To Support The Patriotism Of 13-Year-Old Cody Alicea

On Monday, 13-year-old Cody Alicea had a day that he will never forget.  Cody made headlines around the world recently when an official at Denair Middle School ordered him to take down the American flag on the back of his bike while he was on school property.   The school official was concerned that other students would be offended by the American flag.

Well, you can only imagine what happened once the national media got a hold of that story.  A 13-year-old kid that can't ride his bike to school with an American flag?

The national outrage was justifiable and the outpouring of support for Cody was beyond what anyone could imagine. 

As Cody rode his bike to school on Monday, not only was his family there, but he was escorted by hundreds of other bikes and motorcycles. After arriving at school, the news media was there to cover the whole thing and Cody and his patriotic escort recited the Pledge of Allegiance and the National Anthem. It was a very, very emotional day for everyone involved, and it showed that there are still some Americans out there that are willing to stand up for the American flag.

Fortunately, Cody's story has a very happy ending. The school has changed its mind and now Cody can ride to school every day proudly displaying his American flag.

Sweetest Day 2010

Are you ready for Sweetest Day 2010?  There is a good chance that you have probably never even heard of this incredibly obscure holiday.  So when is Sweetest Day 2010?  Well, it turns out that it falls on October 16th this year.  So what exactly are we supposed to be celebrating?  The "official website" for this holiday describes it the following way....

"Sweetest Day is celebrated each year on the third Saturday of October. Although often thought of by many as a second Valentine’s Day, Sweetest Day is actually a day meant to celebrate all the people who make your life special. It’s an occasion to make someone happy, a chance to celebrate and give gifts to relatives, friends, and associates.


Sweetest Day was founded around 1922 in Cleveland, Ohio by Herbert Birch Kingston who was a local candy company employee. Kingston sought to bring cheer and some happiness to the lives of those who were often forgotten. With the help of his friends, he began distributing candy and small gifts to children living in orphanages, those stricken with illness or disabilities, shut-ins, and others who were forgotten."

So basically we are supposed to be nice to everyone.

Will Our Children Grow Up In An America That Is Increasingly Islamic?

Once upon a time, people would speak of America as a "Christian nation".  But is that anywhere even close to true anymore?  Sure, the majority of Americans still consider themselves to have a "Christian" label, but the percentage of people in the United States who identify themselves as Christians is falling rapidly, and other religions are experiencing tremendous growth.

Take Islam for example.  The controversy over the "ground zero mosque" in New York City is just the latest example of how prominent Islam has become in America.  The truth is that the number of mosques in America has increased by more than 50 percent over the last ten years.

Not only that, but Barack Obama actually recently hosted an iftar — the special evening meal observed during Ramadan — on a Friday night in the White House dining room.

In fact, many are questioning why Barack Obama keeps saying so many good things about Islam, and yet insists on saying so many bad things about Christianity.

But Islam is not that only religion that is growing in America.  Wicca, paganism, witchcraft, Buddhism and a vast array of New Age cults are experiencing explosive growth.

The reality is that it is not going to get any easier to maintain a godly marriage and family in America.  False religions are all around us now and their influence is growing.

During times like these, it will be imperative for all of us to draw closer to God.

Why Are There Segregated Proms In America In 2009?

At a time when the United States of America has elected the first black president, segregated proms are still being held in parts of Georgia at the insistence of racist parents.

Seriously?

Seriously.

Talk about wicked parents.

A major U.K. newspaper recently published a story on Georgia high school senior Kera Nobles, who was forced to attend a black-only prom the night after many of her best friends attended the "white" prom.

Kera recently graduated from Montgomery County High, and she was devastated that she could not attend prom with her closest friends.

"It was heartbreaking," she told the Telegrah. "It was the one night to see all your friends dressed up and I'm told, I have to wait until the next night because of the colour of my skin."

So who is to blame?

The parents.

They are the ones insisting on the segregated proms.

And you know what is even sadder?

Many of them would claim to be Christians.

But they are promoting anti-Christians hatred to the extreme.

Honestly I wish I could sit all of them down in a room right now and preach to them for a couple of hours.

The Scriptures tell us that God values all people equally. In Colossians 3:11, the apostle Paul wrote this:

Here there is no Greek or Jew, circumcised or uncircumcised, barbarian, Scythian, slave or free, but Christ is all, and is in all.

The truth is that anyone who dislikes someone for the color of their skin is a sinner.

Is The Swine Flu Still A Huge Threat To Your Family?

The news cycle has moved forward, and most mainstream media outlets are no longer paying much attention to the swine flu, but is the swine flu outbreak a larger threat than ever?

On Thursday, the World Health Organization said that up to 2 billion people could become infected by the swine flu if the current outbreak turns into a pandemic.

WHO flu chief Keiji Fukuda startled the world media when he told them this: "If we do move into a pandemic.....it would be a reasonable estimate to say perhaps a third of the world’s population would get infected with this virus."

That is a whole lot of people.

But is there any evidence that this current outbreak could become a pandemic?

Well, the WHO has officially reported 2371 cases of the swine flu now in 24 countries. Mexico alone has confirmed 1112 human cases, and 42 deaths have been officially attributed to the swine flu.

That is a mortality rate of almost 4 percent in Mexico.

If you start projecting that type of mortality rate worldwide in a pandemic scenario, things start getting really frightening.

While the mainstream media and most of the American public has gotten very bored with the swine flu story, the reality is that things could still get really bad.

One individual on a forum that we like to visit has even made charts that show that swine flu cases are growing at an exponential rate, and that if this rate continues then things will get really, really bad. You can see his latest post on this and his charts right here:

So before we jump to conclusions too soon about the swine flu, perhaps we should admit that maybe we just don't have a complete picture of this outbreak just yet.

A confidential internal document out of Texas that reveals that authorities believe that there are 10 to 25 times as many actual swine flu cases as is being officially reported has gone absolutely viral on the Internet.

Dr. Marcus Gitterle, a doctor from New Braunfels, Texas, sent out an internal alert that was not meant to be seen by the public. The words that he penned in that internal alert should chill us all.

Gitterle explained in his internal memo that "what we are hearing privately from the CDC and Health Department is different from what you are hearing in the media."


It is hard to actually describe how dire Dr. Gitterle makes the situation sound in his memo. The following are some of the most shocking quotes from Dr. Gitterle in the document.....


One of the most important things that you can do to prepare is to get right with God. If you have sin in your life then this is a great time to repent of that sin and to turn to the Lord and ask Him to help you and your family get through this crisis safely.

Even if this is not the "big one", the truth is that the next deadly pandemic could strike at any time. Instead of causing us fear, the reality of the situation should give us a sober determination to prepare and to get closer to God.

Christian Nation?

The new American Religious Identification Survey shows that most religions in the United States are losing members rapidly. According to the survey, the percentage of self-identified Christians in the U.S. has fallen 10 percentage points since 1990, from 86 percent of the population to 76 percent.

The survey also reports that Catholics, Baptists and other mainline Protestant denominations have seen large drops in numbers since 1990.

The number of Americans who claim no religion at all has reached 15%, which is up from 8% in 1990. Islam, Wicca and eastern religions such as Hinduism and Buddhism also show large gains in the survey.

Acknowledging this same trend, Newsweek recently ran a major article entitled: The End Of Christian America. Newsweek ran their own poll about religion and it turned up some stunning findings:

*Fewer people now think of the United States as a "Christian nation" than when George W. Bush was president (62 percent in 2009 versus 69 percent in 2008).
*About two thirds of the public (68 percent) now say religion is "losing influence" in American society.
*The percentage of Americans who think religion "can answer all or most of today's problems" is now at a historic low of 48 percent.

This trend of Americans moving away from Christianity is showing up even more prominently among young adults. A shocking new survey by the Barna group reveals that less than 1 percent of all Americans between the ages of 18 and 23 have a Biblical worldview. This new data clearly shows that the youngest adults in America have clearly rejected traditional Christianity.

Barna's survey defined having a Biblical worldview as holding the following beliefs:

*Believing that absolute moral truth exists
*Believing that the Bible is completely accurate in all of the principles it teaches
*Believing that Satan is considered to be a real being or force, not merely symbolic
*Believing that a person cannot earn their way into heaven by trying to be good or by doing good works
*Believing that Jesus Christ lived a sinless life on earth
*Believing that God is the all-knowing, all-powerful creator of the world who still rules the universe today.

But even those who still call themselves Christians do not necessarily hold to traditional Christian beliefs any longer. Two other recent surveys show that the majority of American Christians believe that accepting Jesus Christ as savior is NOT the only way to eternal life.

USAToday recently reported on an almost unbelievable new survey that has found that 52 percent of American Christians believe that eternal life is not exclusively for those who accept Jesus Christ as their savior.

A different survey that was taken last year by the Pew Research Center's Forum on Religion & Public Life found that 57 percent of evangelical Christians in America believe that "many religions can lead to eternal life".

That shocking study revealed what many Christians have known for quite some time - apostasy among "evangelical Christians" is spreading, and it is spreading rapidly.

Evangelical Christians are supposedly those who follow the teachings of the Bible the closest. But this survey shows that even a majority of them do not even believe in the most fundamental precepts of the Christians faith.

For example, John 14:6 says the following:

Jesus answered, "I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me."

If there was another way for our sins to be forgiven, then why did Jesus need to die on the cross? If there were other ways to salvation, then Jesus could have come down to earth, pointed out a bunch of other ways to get to heaven, and then could have gone back up to heaven without having to deal with the cross.

But the reality is that there was no other way for our sins to be paid for.

And yet these new surveys reveal that a majority of American Christians now believe that there are other ways to heaven.

The Pew survey also revealed that 45% of Americans as a whole say they seldom or never read their religion's holy books.

Perhaps if more Americans were reading the Bible then they would know what is truth and what is error. Instead, Americans have surrounded themselves with preachers and self-help coaches and ministers who tell them what they want to hear, who always make them feel comfortable and who never tell them about sin, holiness or the judgment of God.

The current situation in America reminds us of 2 Timothy 4:3.....

For the time will come when men will not put up with sound doctrine. Instead, to suit their own desires, they will gather around them a great number of teachers to say what their itching ears want to hear.

The sad reality is that the trends all show that church attendance in America is in decline.

Dave Olson, the director of church planting for the Evangelical Covenant Church, has done some really interesting research into the church attendance patterns of Americans.

Olson's findings contain a ton of bad news. For starters, his research found that the percentage of Americans regularly attending church is only 18.7%.

Olson has put his findings into an eye opening slideshow entitled "Twelve Surprising Facts about the US Church".

Here are some of the things that he found:

The percentage of people who actually physically attend a Christian church each week is quite a bit below what pollsters report.

The percentage of people who attended a Christian church each week decreased significantly between 1990 and 2000.

Only one state, Hawaii, actually saw an increase in the percentage of the population attending church between 1990 and 2000. Every other state in the entire nation saw a decrease in church attendance.

Evangelicals, mainline Protestants, and Catholics are each strong in very different regions of the nation.

The church planting rate has been declining steadily throughout the history of the United States.

If these current trends continue, the percentage of the U.S. population that attends church each week in 2050 will be about half of what it is today.

So what does all of this mean?

It means that America is not a Christian nation any longer.

The percentage of Christians in America is rapidly declining, while other religions are gaining members rapidly. Even many of those who still call themselves "Christians" have rejected the fundamental principles of traditional Christianity.

However, sometimes when things seem the darkest is just when God brings new light on to the scene. As old institutions die out, perhaps God will bring something to pass which will be even greater than anything America has ever seen before.

The Creation/Evolution Battle

A new study has found that the theory of evolution is far less accepted in the United States than it is in most other western countries.

Well, it looks like the data shows that there is a consensus in the western world that the theory of evolution is true.

Body Scanners That Reveal Your Naked Body Going Into U.S. Airports

Imagine a futuristic world where security is so tight that just to take a flight you have to be scanned by a machine that can look under your clothes and give security officers a perfect look at the precise form of your naked body - including your private parts. Well, the future is now.

You might not be so eager to take that next flight after you read this.

"Body scanners" that give operators a very clear image of what is underneath your clothing have replaced metal detectors at Tulsa's airport.

We wanted to put up a picture of what these "body scans" look like, but we were hesitant because they actually do border on pornography. These body scans are the closest thing to viewing a person's naked body without actually seeing their skin.

Officials in Australia where they have installed similar machines confess that these machines DO show people's private parts.

Cheryl Johnson, the general manager of the Office of Transport Security in Australia, admitted the following about these machines: "It will show the private parts of people, but what we've decided is that we're not going to blur those out, because it severely limits the detection capabilities."

She also added this comment: "It is possible to see genitals and breasts while they're going through the machine, though."

But all in the name of "security", eh? Now to board a plane you have to subject yourself to having one or more "security" guards view the naked form of your body.

Tulsa International Airport is just the first airport where these body scanners will be tested in the United States.

San Francisco, Las Vegas, Miami, Albuquerque and Salt Lake City will join the body scanning test in the next two months.

According to ABC News, the TSA plans to install 600 of these machines in airports across the nation this year.

A while back, Oprah Winfrey shocked many people in the United States by having two clergymen on her show who proclaimed to the world that "being gay is a gift from God."

That show predictably caused a significant response from people all across the religious spectrum.

In fact, it was such a huge response that Oprah decided to have one of those ministers, the Reverend Ed Bacon of the All Saints Episcopal Church in Pasadena, California on her show once again.

The following video shows highlights from Bacon's first stunning appearance on Oprah, and it shows his more recent appearance on Oprah where he reaffirms his position that the Bible says that being gay is a gift from God.....



Needless to say the blogs and forums all over the internet are buzzing about all of this.

Oprah Winfrey has gotten to the point where she not only discusses spiritual matters on her show, but she now is actively seeking to redefine and reshape the religious beliefs of millions of Americans.

We are incredibly excited to announced the debut of our new blog The Final Hour.

The world is more rapidly changing than ever before. This is a time of wars and rumors of wars, of economic collapse, of increasing terrorism, of rising famine, of devastating natural disasters, of environmental destruction and of global plagues.

The world is spinning out of control and with each passing year things seem to be getting worse.

That is because things ARE getting worse.

Politicians, celebrities and religious leaders run around claiming that they have some answers but nobody can seem to even slow down the building chaos.

The world as we all knew it has fundamentally changed, and many are wondering if the world is about to face the worst times it has ever seen.

The times that are approaching us are the times that Jesus spoke of in Luke 21:10-11.....

Nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. There will be great earthquakes, famines and pestilences in various places, and fearful events and great signs from heaven.

The vast majority of the population is not going to know how to handle these things. There will be mass panic and mass rioting as these things begin to take place. When people lose everything that they have worked for all of their lives and they realize that there is no hope, then the very worst of humanity will come out.

We will soon be facing the days that the apostle Paul wrote about in 2 Timothy 3:1-5.....

But mark this: There will be terrible times in the last days. People will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boastful, proud, abusive, disobedient to their parents, ungrateful, unholy, without love, unforgiving, slanderous, without self-control, brutal, not lovers of the good, treacherous, rash, conceited, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God— having a form of godliness but denying its power.

In our new blog, we will be covering the extraordinary events of these times as humanity enters the darkest era in history.

Oprah Winfrey And Two Members Of The Christian Clergy Try To Redefine Christian Morality By Teaching America That "Being Gay Is A Gift From God"

On a recent broadcast of the Oprah Winfrey show, not one, but two Christian pastors emphatically declared that "being gay is a gift from God."

In fact, in the stunning video footage below you will see one of the Christian ministers tell a gay person that he "is gay by divine right" and that part of being made in the image and likeness of God is to be gay because God made him that way.

Now Oprah's very strong promotion of gay marriage and the gay agenda has been known for a long time, but she has definitely taken things to a whole new level by having Christian ministers on her show who are openly teaching that being gay is a gift from God.

This is just another indication of the extent to which Oprah Winfrey is willing to go to try to influence spirituality in America.

Earlier this week we published an article on our new blog entitled "Oprah Winfrey: Preparing The Way For The One World Religion?" which went into great detail in explaining how Oprah is attempting to reshape and redefine traditional Christianity. Oprah does not simply have a personal obsession with "spirituality" at this point. Now she is actively attempting to become one of the most influential spiritual leaders of this generation.

As far as the Christian ministers on Oprah's program, perhaps they have never had the chance to read Romans 1:26-27.....

Because of this, God gave them over to shameful lusts. Even their women exchanged natural relations for unnatural ones. In the same way the men also abandoned natural relations with women and were inflamed with lust for one another. Men committed indecent acts with other men, and received in themselves the due penalty for their perversion.

The reality is that the vast majority of Americans are now bound up in a variety of sexual sin: adultery, fornication, pornography, lust, orgies, etc. etc.

We should dearly love everyone who is caught up in any type of sin and pray that they will turn to God and be set free.

These are the end times and the reality is that wickedness is going to continue to increase. As sin continues to prosper, may we all dramatically increase our love so that we may shine like lights in the darkness.
